I had 9 months to watch Alen keep his word: every question from every member in every Hot Seat and Fast Feedback gets answered; he is extremely generous with answering questions on his weekly theory lectures, and the surprising thing is he will even point out things he notices in people's mindset that will help them improve. He often gives you 'the answer you need, not necessarily the answer you wanted' as he truly wishes the best for others.
